Real estate is in Negar Souza's blood. The daughter of longtime East Bay REALTOR® Feri Niroomand, Negar grew up spending weekends at open houses, learning the business from the inside out.

That early exposure shaped a passion that has defined her career for more than two decades.

After earning her B.A. in Interior Architecture from San Francisco State University, Negar joined her mother's team in 2003 and became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2005. Today, as a Broker Associate and Sales Manager at Red Oak Realty, she and Feri form one of the region's most trusted mother-daughter teams, combining warmth, creativity, and negotiation expertise to guide clients through one of life's biggest milestones.
